How do I get started?

To start the process, place your order online. During the checkout process, you will be provided with an option to upload your resume, a position of interest, and/or any other supporting materials you wish to provide. If you don’t have a resume, we can still get started. Though we do not have any worksheets or questionnaires for you to complete, we will need a brief synopsis or overview of possibly the last 10 years of your employment history in order to provide us with preliminary insight into your background. Is payment required up front?

Yes, we do request payment prior to beginning the service.

What forms of payment do you accept? Is this a secure site?

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Our payment gateway is managed on a compliant and secure server by PayPal.

What happens after I place my order?

You will receive a payment confirmation from our business account with PayPal which you can print out and retain for your records. In the event your order is received prior to 4:00 pm EST Monday – Friday we will contact you same day to coordinate your consultation. After 4:00 pm EST Monday – Friday we will contact you the next business day. Note: we are closed on all major holidays and weekends.

Will I work with the same writer throughout my entire project?

Yes, our writers are partnered with clients based on skill level and expertise.  All of our work is written and designed in-house. Upon receipt of your online order or a request for service made by phone or e-mail we will partner you with your writer.

When will I hear from my writer?
